Preparing Your Space

1. Remove all extraneous items behind your chair.

2. Turn off virtual backgrounds

3. Place your computer/phone/tablet camera so that it’s slightly above eye level

4. Place the primary light source behind the camera, so that it lights up your face.

5. Don’t sit with your back to a bright light source like a window.

6. Sit in a location without distractions and where you won’t be disturbed.

10 Minutes Before Your Session

1. Click on the link provided by Rockin’ Media for your video session.

2. Wait to be admitted to the meeting.

During Your Session

1. Sit as close to your camera as possible, to get the best audio.

2. Avoid memorizing what you want to say. It’ll be more conversational if you don’t.

3. The more you relax, the better the video will be.
